Thanksgiving usually means indulging in foods that are often times unhealthy. Here are three quick and easy ways to switch out some classics for healthy alternatives for Thanksgiving with all the flavor.
1. Simply substitute the candied yams for sweet potato or butternut squash, and switch the marshmallows for brown, organic sugar and walnuts.
